About

Welcome to TheBreMedley.com –
A space for career-driven moms reimagining life with more purpose and presence.

Hi, I’m Bre—and I’m so glad you’re here!

I started this blog during a major identity shift. In my 20s, I was all about building a business, climbing the ladder, and chasing success. After nearly a decade of hustle—and 8 years trying to conceive—I finally became a mom. And with that came a shift I didn’t expect: I wanted to slow down. I craved more time with my babies, a cozier home life, and a deeper sense of meaning.

It was beautiful—and confusing. I wondered things like:
“Should I walk away from my career?”
“Will I love being home full-time?”
“Will I lose myself—or finally find myself?”

These questions (and so many more) inspired The Bre Medley.com—a blog for women navigating the same heart shift.

A little About Me

I’m a mom of two, self-care lover, podcast junkie, and dreamer of all things travel. I’ve been married for 15 years and have lived in Oregon, Texas, and now Alaska—where we’re currently building our family’s dream home.

Before blogging, I spent 10 years as a magazine publisher with a Fortune 500 company—first as a franchisee, then on the corporate team. That chapter taught me a lot about storytelling, entrepreneurship, and working with purpose.

Now, I’m here to pass on what I’ve learned and help you find joy, clarity, and fulfillment in this beautiful (and sometimes crazy) season of motherhood.

Thanks for stopping by—I hope you find something here that speaks to your heart.
